Pepperman is an egotistical artisan pepper who is also quite a brute, he's the first boss you fight in the Pizza Tower, after giving $100 (earned by collecting toppins in levels) to Mr Stick He has a grand variety of attacks, including:

Shoulder bash
Pepperman quickly dashes at the player, most likely a reference to the Wario Land series, as a sort of mix of the R-Dash and the shoulderbash from Wario Land 4 which inspired Pizza Tower
Shoulder turn
Pepperman dashes at the player, then turns around, in an attempt to catch you off guard
Ground Pound
Pepperman does a ground pound attack, trying to crush the player
Ground Pound Jump
Pepperman does the ground pound, then jumps in the air, if he hits a wall, he will bounce off of it
Statue Attack
Pepperman drops a statue from the sky, and repeatedly does his shoulder turn, you have to punch the statue 3 times in order to polish it enough to make pepperman stop to admire it
